Currently, our event is planned on being held at the Prairie Band Casino and Resort and we will be following all CDC recommendations, local county requirements, and Casino guidelines at the time to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The event does require masks to be worn unless eating or drinking to prevent any spread to other guests. Commemorative event masks will be provided.

Dress code is business casual.

Select between three dinner options:

1. Chicken-Broccoli Alfredo: Cavatappi pasta, Broccoli Florets, Grilled Chicken and Aged Parmesan Cheese combined in a rich creamy classic alfredo sauce

2. <SOLD OUT> Beef Medallions: Tender Beef Medallions Braised in a Red Wine and Veal Demi with Button Mushrooms and Pearl Onions, Served with Sour Cream Chive Mashed Potatoes

3. Vegetarian option: TBD
